Breeding/Supplemental Contract

 

This Contract/Supplement between BRK Bulldogs and _________________________    and as                                                                                                 Purchaser Name
 stated below is made and agreed to on this date____/____/______ .

 It is agreed by both parties that the Female  Dog/ Puppy known as _________________ is being sold or transferred according to the following:

1) In consideration for (#) _________Puppies from the (#)_______ litter of this dog, sole ownership will be transferred to the above named purchaser by BRK Bulldogs.

2)  It is agreed that the Stud dog used to produce this litter will be determined by BRK Bulldogs owner.

3) The above female dog shall remain under the ownership registration of  BRK Kennel and a copy of the dogs registration shall be supplied to purchaser .  The registration papers will be transferred to the purchaser upon completion of the terms of this contract.

4)  If more than one (1) puppy is agreed to then BRK Bulldogs owner will have the first pick and other picks ___________  the remaining puppies will go to the purchaser.

5)  The purchaser will be responsible for all cost incurred in producing the litter and maintaining it’s health. Including but not limited to, all Veterinarian expenses, shots, medications, feeding, surgery, registration of litter, and any other items required but not individually listed here.   

6)  The litter shall be produced no earlier than the eighteenth (18) month of age of the above listed female dog.

7)  It is agreed that during the duration of this contract that if the female dog is not being adequately cared for BRK Bulldogs retains the right to have it removed from the above parties possession and returned to BRK Bulldogs.
