Purchase Contract

 

BRK (Burning River Kennel) Bulldogs agrees to sell the following dog:

  (If puppies name is changed after the sale, The Burning River Kennel prefix “BRK” must be used as a prefix in the new name)

Buyer and Seller acknowledge that the aforementioned dog left the sellers possession in good condition.

The amount of $_______ is required to be paid as a deposit on this dog and is not refundable if the buyer decides not to complete the purchase of this dog. 

If the deposit has been applied to a dog from a future litter, and there is not a puppy the buyer wishes to purchase from the litter they are contracting for, the buyer has six (6) months to choose a puppy from another litter or until another litter is available to choose from. After that time, the deposit will be forfeited. 

All payments on puppies or dogs must be made in US Funds either in Cash,  Pay Pal, or Western Union Wire Transfer.

Puppies will not be shipped or delivered until they are at least 8 weeks of age. No exceptions.
Some puppies will be sold as pet quality only at a reduced price and must be neutered or spayed at the new owners expense.

All puppies or dogs purchased will have been vet checked, dewormed and will have been inoculated as appropriate for their age at the time of purchase.

Other sub contracts may be included and attached as additions to this purchase contract as indicated and initialed below.
